CHELTENHAM 2026 SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. By entering this prize draw or competition (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Specific Terms and Conditions). The General Terms and Conditions also apply to each Promotion and by entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions.  Completion and submission of an entry form or e-mail will also be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion on the Promoter’s talkSPORT station (including social media if applicable) or on the Promoter’s websites, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials or the General Conditions and these Specific Terms and Conditions, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

Eligibility

3. The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. Additional eligibility requirements are set out in the General Terms and Conditions. 

Timing

4. The Promotion starts at 05.30am (UK time) on Friday 20 February 2026 and closes at 4.00PM (UK time) on Friday 27 February 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified. 

How to Enter

5. You can enter this Promotion in any of the following ways:

6. During the Promotion Period each participant can submit a maximum of entries into the Promotion, regardless of the method of entry, and whether the entry route is free or paid. Bulk or automatically generated entries are void. 

a. Paid Text Message/SMS Entries:

You can submit up to 16 (sixteen) paid entries by sending Text messages/SMS. In addition, you may receive extra free entries (called ‘Additional Entry At No Extra Cost’), as explained in clause 7, if you qualify for them);

b. Boost Offer:

You can use the Boost Offer once. This allows you to pay for 5 extra entries in one go, as described in clause 7;

c. Online Carrier Billing Entries:

You can spend up to a maximum of £40 (forty pounds) on entries made through Online Carrier Billing (this includes any entry bundles you might purchase);

d. Free Phone Entries:

You can make up to 64 (sixty four) entries by calling the free phone number provided;

7. If you enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by Text Message/SMS, you will be invited to take part in the following offers:

• Additional Entry At No Extra Cost

1. If you enter the Promotion a second time by sending a text at the premium text rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional entry at no extra cost. A third text message is not required to claim this free additional entry. The free additional entry will automatically be included after the participant enters the Promotion a second time (i.e. by sending the second text message). 
2. If you send a third SMS message during the Promotion Period, the cycle restarts and you will be charged again at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period.
3. If you enter the Promotion by sending a fourth text message at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) plus the standard network rate, you will receive another additional entry at no extra cost. 
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that if you choose to accept the offer, the subsequent SMS message is sent within the Promotion Period; otherwise, the additional entry and free entry may be charged but not included in the draw.

• Boost Offer

a boost of 5 additional entries from the same mobile number at the premium rate of £5 (five pounds) plus your standard network rate by texting BONUS, FIVE OR BOOST to 83338 during the Promotion Period. Participants are limited to 1 Boost Offer only during the Promotion. 

Winners and Prizes 

8. There will be only One winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize (as defined below).  The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. 
9. The Prize is a pair of hospitality tickets for Gold Cup Day at Cheltenham 2026 on Friday 13 March 2026. Winner and guest must be over 18 years of age.

B. If the Winner’s home address is outside the official boundaries of Cheletenham, the Promoter will reimburse reasonable travel expenses, up to a maximum of £200 (two hundred pounds). Winner must provide valid receipts or other proof of travel acceptable to the Promoter.  

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.  
11. The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example) transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any other incidentals. 

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

12. The Promoter will randomly select one Participant  (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results). This selected Participant will be contacted by phone at approximately 4.30PM on 27 February 2026. The selected Participant will be given 30 seconds to answer this call. The selected Participant must personally answer the call and must confirm their eligibility to accept the Prize, to be confirmed as the Winner of the Prize. Winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.  

13. If, the time of the initial call:

(i) the selected Participant fails to answer the phone within thirty (30) seconds;

(ii) another person answers the call;

(iii) the call is directed to voicemail or a call screening service;

(iv) the call becomes disconnected and it is not possible to re-establish contact;

(v) the selected participant is not, or does not appear to be, in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if they are or appear to be driving); or

(vi) the call quality is unsuitable for broadcast, or the selected Participant cannot be heard clearly (for example, due to low or no signal, dropped connection, background noise, or feedback);

(vii) the selected participant refuses to participate or confirm acceptance of the Prize;

the selected Participant will forfeit their chance to win.

14. In the event the selected Participant forfeits their chance to win as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another Participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn Participant(s).

15. The Promoter may require the selected Participant to confirm their telephone number when called. If the selected Participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected Participant and select another Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

16. The call may be broadcast live on talkSPORT, or pre-recorded for later broadcast at the Promoter’s discretion.

17. If a Winner cannot be confirmed, the Promoter may continue the selection process off-air, contacting Participants in random order until a Winner is confirmed.

18. The Prize (or details with instructions on how to obtain or book the Prize) will be delivered or communicated to the Winner within a reasonable time following confirmation of their eligibility.

General 

19. The Promoter’s decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.

20. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).

21. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 

22. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these Specific Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

23. The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law..
