What the weather will be like for England’s group games at the 2026 World Cup
England are set to play across North America at this summer’s World Cup and will have to get to grips with the weather conditions if they are to claim glory.
Canada, Mexico and the USA will co-host the tournament together.

The Three Lions have been drawn into Group L, where they will face Croatia, Ghana and Panama.
As a result, Thomas Tuchel’s side are guaranteed to play matches in Texas, Massachusetts and New Jersey this summer.
If England win their group, they will then play in Atlanta before potential trips to Mexico City and Miami.
Concerns were raised over the heat during last summer’s Club World Cup in the USA and those fears are continuing heading into the 23rd edition of the world’s most famous sporting event.
Here is what to expect weather-wise at England’s matches later this year.
England’s World Cup weather forecast
The Three Lions begin their group stage campaign against Croatia at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas on Wednesday, June 17.
Dallas averages temperatures between 23 and 34 degrees Celsius during June.
Although rain is unlikely, June has the third highest average precipitation in the city all year behind May and March.
Fans can expect a higher chance of rain for England’s second group game, though.

They will face Ghana in Boston, Massachusetts at Gillette Stadium on Tuesday, June 23.
However, it will be cooler than Texas, with averages between 17 and 24 in June.
England will conclude the group stage on Saturday, June 27 against Panama at MetLife Stadium in New York.
Supporters will be hoping for a warmer climate than the clash with Ghana, with temperatures averaging from 18 to 27 degrees Celsius.
The Three Lions won their group at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Repeating the feat this summer would see England head to Atlanta for their last 32 tie on July 1.
