UFC White House could have record number of title bouts as Donald Trump reveals Dana White’s epic plan
US President Donald Trump has said there could be ‘eight or nine’ title fights on the UFC White House card.
The UFC is set to make its inaugural appearance at the White House on Trump’s birthday, June 14, 2026, to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary.

UFC CEO Dana White has already described the ‘insane’ logistics involved in putting together the blockbuster event, which is to take place on the South Lawn of the White House.
MMA’s biggest stars, like Conor McGregor and Jon Jones, are reportedly preparing for epic comebacks on the card, with White declaring it will feature the promotion’s best set of fights of all-time.
Trump has now suggested that UFC White House will enter the record books for the most title fights in one night.
Donald Trump: Legendary UFC White House card will have eight or nine title fights
“It’s going to be June 14 next year,” Trump said, referring to the UFC White House card at the annual Kennedy Center Honors on Sunday.
“The great Dana White is building an arena, and they’re going to have eight or nine championship fights.
“The biggest fights they’ve ever had, everyone’s a championship fight, and everyone is a legendary type of fight.
“[White’s] actually holding back fights right now for six months so he can do it for 250.
“I think 250 is going to be amazing. The arena is going to be 5,000-6,000 seats right in front of the front door of the White House.
“And 100,000 people in the back, where they’re putting up eight or 10 great big screens.
“That’s going to be an exciting night, so many people are asking for tickets for the UFC.”

To date, the UFC has never put on more than three title fights in one night.
Of course, Trump could just be building up the excitement for the card by suggesting there will be so many title fights taking place on it.
There are currently 12 champions in the UFC, and to have that many featured on the card would no doubt prove a monumental task.
But White has admitted that he plans to make it the biggest card in the promotion’s history, so UFC fans can definitely expect more than one title bout on the night.
Who is fighting at UFC White House?
Speaking to talkSPORT.com in September, UFC middleweight Bo Nickal said that Trump told him his place on the White House card is safe.
Nickal, 29, is one of the top American talents in White’s promotion and bounced back from defeat by scoring an incredible knockout win at UFC 322 in his last fight.

UFC 323 went down this past weekend, and White seemingly confirmed another spot on the card when addressing the media in his post-fight press conference.
Trump loves UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis, says Dana White
“President Trump loves Derrick Lewis,” White said.
“He hasn’t told me to do anything… but he will not stop talking about Derrick Lewis.”
Lewis is a veteran of the sport and takes on top-ranked heavyweight contender Waldo Cortes-Acosta at UFC 324, the promotion’s first event in its new broadcast deal with Paramount+, on January 24.
A win over Cortes-Acosta would no doubt seal Lewis’ presence on the White House card.
Former two-division UFC champion McGregor is also expected to feature.

McGregor’s coach, John Kavanagh, said last month that the Irishman has already tasked him with putting together a training plan to make a comeback in June.
The 37-year-old hasn’t fought since consecutive defeats to Dustin Poirier in 2021, but has said numerous times that he will return at the White House.
UFC’s youngest-ever champion, Jones, is another MMA great who wishes to pursue a comeback on the card.
‘Bones’ retired from MMA in June after a dragged-out saga with current UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall.
However, the former UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champion has since pleaded with White to give him a spot at the White House, even if it’s not the main event slot.
