Travis Kelce ready to prove Meryl Streep wrong with size 14 heels

Travis Kelce does not want trouble with Meryl Streep, but he may still owe her a fashion test.

On the April 29 episode of “New Heights,” Jason Kelce asked his brother whether he had “beef” with the legendary actress after she joked about him during promotion for The Devil Wears Prada 2, USMagazine reports.

Streep said the hardest part of filming in Milan involved walking in stilettos on cobblestones, then added that she would like to see Kelce try it.

Kelce laughed off the playful shot, first making it clear that he respects Streep too much to fire back seriously.

“That’s a powerful woman right there,” Travis said. “I am a fan of Meryl Streep. I don’t have any beef with her.”

Travis Kelce considers the stiletto challenge

Still, Kelce did not immediately wave the white flag. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end joked that Streep might not know his hidden talent.

“Oh Meryl, you have no idea how good I am at walking in heels. OK?” he said.

Jason pushed him to prove it, but one problem quickly surfaced: finding size 14 heels.

Once Jason clarified that Chelsea boots did not count and that Travis would need actual stilettos, the confidence started to fade. Kelce eventually gave Streep the win, admitting he did not think he could make the Italy cobblestone challenge happen.

But he left one door open.

“If I ever find myself in Italy on that cobblestone,” Kelce said, he would try to find the shoes and test it.
