Trailblazing former US billionaire joins Snoop Dogg as minority owner of Swansea as statement released
US billionaire and TV personality Martha Stewart is the latest famous face to join Swansea City as a co-owner.
The 84-year-old businesswoman joins close friend Snoop Dogg and Croatia international Luka Modric as part-owners of the Championship club.

Modric became a co-owner in the club back in April 2025, while Snoop Dogg followed suit in July this year.
Stewart was in attendance for Swansea’s recent 2-1 win over Wrexham as the Swans came from behind to claim all three points.
An early Cameron Burgess own goal gave the Dragons the initiative at the Swansea.com Stadium last week.
Zan Vipotnik drew Swansea level with 20 minutes to play before Adam Idah won the clash in south Wales following a calamitous Arthur Okonkwo error.
“I am sure many of you will have seen that Martha Stewart was among those in attendance (on Friday),” majority owners Brett Cravatt and Jason Cohen said on the club’s official website.
“Martha is a close friend of Snoop Dogg and she came to the Wrexham game as our guest.
“But we are delighted to confirm Martha, who has built a long and successful career as America’s leading homemaking and lifestyle expert, has followed Snoop and Luka Modric in becoming a minority owner of our football club.
“We are very excited to welcome Martha on board, and we know experiencing Friday night’s game in-person has only increased her own enthusiasm and anticipation for being part of Swansea City.”
Stewart built her wealth in the homemaking and lifestyle industry, becoming the USA’s first self-made female billionaire in 1999.
However, it’s reported that Stewart no longer holds billionaire status as she is estimated to hold a net worth of $400million.

Fans will be hoping Stewart’s investment in the club will provide a boost for the lowly Swans ahead of their Boxing Day clash with Coventry City.
Swansea are down in 19th ahead of their meeting with the Championship leaders, though victory over Wrexham last week means they have now won three of their last four to pull away from danger.
Swansea follow up their trip to the Midlands with a meeting with Oxford United to round off the year.
Vitor Matos’ side then kick off 2026 with the welcome of West Brom, who themselves are in poor form having won only two of their last seven heading into Boxing Day.
That run of poor results that means head coach Ryan Mason is under pressure to turn the Baggies’ poor form around.
