Tommy Fury to face World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall in wild fight with 134lbs weight difference
Tommy Fury is set to collide with 2017 World’s Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall in a blockbuster summer fight that nobody saw coming.
The pair will headline a Misfits Boxing event at Manchester’s AO Arena on June 13, live on DAZN PPV.

Hall has not competed in the squared circle since a unanimous decision defeat to strongman rival Hafthor Bjornsson in March 2022.
Since then, the 38-year-old has turned his hand to MMA.
He beat Tunisian TikTok stars The Neffati Brothers in a 2vs1 bout in June 2024, before making his professional debut against five-time World’s Strongest Man winner Mariusz Pudzianowski last April.
Hall knocked out the 28-fight (17-10-0-1) veteran in 27 seconds and was expected to face Dillon Danis in MMA next.
However, he is now set to lock horns with Tyson Fury‘s half-brother.
The former Love Island star had a big 2023, beating Jake Paul and KSI on points.
But his momentum was slowed by a lingering hand injury.
After undergoing successful surgery, he returned to the ring last May to beat Bosnian boxer Kenan Hanjalic via unanimous decision to extend his unbeaten record to 11-0.
Fury, who previously competed at light heavyweight (175lbs) and cruiserweight (200lbs), is set to make his heavyweight (200lbs-plus) debut against the considerably bigger Hall.
‘The Beast’ weighed 443lbs during his strongman days, but has shed a lot of weight since transitioning to combat sports.
For his last bout against Pudzianowski, he tipped the scales at 334lbs and is likely to weigh over 100lbs more than Fury on the night of their fight.

Hall was at Darren Till’s Gorilla Promotions in Birmingham on Sunday, where he hinted at an imminent announcement.
“I’ve got a fight coming up on June 13 in Manchester that’ll be announced very, very soon,” he said.
“I want to get in there, of course [as soon as possible].
“I’ve got a big fight coming up. It will be on Misfits…
“I’ve been told the Dillon Danis fight will happen before the end of the year, so let’s make it happen.”
Hall had previously ruled out the possibility of returning to boxing after his defeat to Bjornsson, but he will don the 10z gloves once again in June.
