Terry Bradshaw Fox gaffe sparks confusion before awkward exchange with Michael Strahan

Terry Bradshaw caused confusion on the latest edition of Fox NFL Sunday.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback turned TV analyst was on hand over the weekend for his usual duties on Fox’s pre and postgame NFL show.

On Saturday, the four-time Super Bowl winner discussed the offensive and defensive matchups between the Green Bay Packers clash against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.

Host Howie Long brought up the fact that the Packers’ defense would be without star pass rusher Micah Parsons after the former Cowboy’s season ended following torn ACL.

Bradshaw then caused confusion was saying that no one was happier with that news than Packers quarterback Jordan Love.

That obviously makes no sense as Love and Parsons are on the same team — something Bradshaw momentarily seemed to forget.

“If I’m [Jordan] Love, I’m going, ‘No [Micah] Parsons, yes!’”

“Love Bradshaw. Underrated all time great QB. It’s time to retire. Been time for awhile now,” one fan commented.

“Time for Terry to hang it up,” added another.

The shenanigans carried on into Sunday as colleague Michael Strahan incorrectly called out Bradshaw as the 77-year-old made a point during the postgame show following the 1 p.m. E.T. games.

Bradshaw was talking about the Chargers following their 34-17 win over the Cowboys.

He said that moving forward into January, the only team they have to be worried about is the Broncos, as it’s the Chargers and Broncos battling it out for the AFC West crown.

However, Strahan interjected, trying to point out something else which wasn’t relevant.

“And the Bills…” Strahan said, interrupting.

Bradshaw stuck to his guns and replied bluntly, “I was only talking about the AFC West…”.

It’s been an eventful few weeks for Bradshaw.

He went on a bizarre Josh Allen-airport ramble and delivered an even more weird Andy Reid-pig story.

Bradshaw has been with FOX for 31 years (and CBS before that), as an analyst and co-host of the popular FOX NFL Sunday show.

But in recent times his future has been called into question.

However, the man himself said he wants to play out his contract at FOX Sports and call one more Super Bowl.

He revealed he plans to walk away at the ripe age of 80.

“I told my wife before I left the room a while ago,” Bradshaw said at a FOX Sports press conference in New Orleans before Super Bowl LIX.

“I was sitting there and I got two years left at FOX. I’m 76. It’s a young man’s game, I get that. Everybody wants the new thing.

“So I said if we can get to the next Super Bowl, I’ll be 80.

“I think that’s time and that’s 80 years old and that’s pushing it.”
