Rams’ Myles Garrett trade draws insane challenge from Cardinals linebacker

The Los Angeles Rams have the NFC on notice after trading for Myles Garrett, and there’s no doubt they should be one of the top teams in the league this season. As far as people who seem not to be worried about the move, well, the Rams can look in their own division.

Mack Wilson Jr. from the Arizona Cardinals was recently asked about the Rams trading for Garrett, and he had the perfect challenge for his divisional rivals.

“At the end of the day, they gotta deal with us,” Wilson said.

In all honesty, that’s the type of answer that you expect to hear, and now many will be anticipating when the Cardinals and Rams face off. Unfortunately, Wilson and Garrett play on defense, so they won’t be going at each other until maybe after the game.

The Cardinals haven’t been the best team in the division, and in fact, they finished in last place this past season with a 3-14 record. The hope is that with some new faces in the locker room, they can turn things around. Unfortunately, it won’t be that easy, because they also have to deal with the reigning Super Bowl champions and the San Francisco 49ers in their division.

That’s one of the reasons why the Rams probably decided that trading for Garrett was a good idea, knowing that they play in a tough division and things weren’t going to get easier.

For everything that Garrett has been able to accomplish over the past few years, the Rams have the chance to be one of the best defenses in the league, especially with some of the other additions they made this offseason.

Wilson should be careful about what he wishes for, but if the Cardinals can beat the Rams this season, his comments might be justified.
