Nikki Bella pitches new WWE RAW role after retirement

Back as an in-ring personality last year at the 2025 WWE Women’s Royal Rumble, Nikki Bella has since then maintained her position as a part-time competitor. A celebrated WWE Hall of Famer and former champion, Bella was scheduled to compete at this year’s WWE WrestleMania 42.

However, an ankle injury ruled her out of the competition and replaced her with Paige. During a recent episode of SiriusXM’s The Nikki and Brie Show, Nikki Bella opened up in detail about her goals of pursuing the WWE Women’s Championship as well as exploring the role of Monday Night RAW’s General Manager.

“I would love one day before I, you know, call it goodbye for good, I would love to be a Women’s World Champion. Also what I would love to be and what I love about this one is I can do this not being in the ring, but there was a lot of talk about it today on X about when should they change up the general managers and I would love to be a general manager at Raw at one point. So Liv’s championship, Women’s World Championship and then after in-ring stuff, I would love at some point to be a general manager for Raw and I don’t know, I haven’t figured that part out, but when I’ve seen all that talk today and someone put me as the GM for Raw, I was like, I like that,'” she said.

Without any confirmation on her return from injury, Bella hopes to come back by Jun. 2026 for the Night of Champions PLE in Saudi Arabia.
