Mykhailo Mudryk slapped with four-year ban from football over failed doping test
Mykhailo Mudryk has been handed a four-year ban by the FA after he tested positive for a banned substance in 2024, talkSPORT understands.
The Chelsea star has since lodged an appeal over the decision, which has been referred to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Mudryk was provisionally suspended by the Football Association in December 2024 after a urine sample tested positive for the banned substance meldonium while on international duty with Ukraine.
Following the provisional ban, the FA subsequently charged Mudryk in June last year following analysis of his B Sample.
His suspension prevents him from training with Chelsea, and as a result he has since been renting non-league side Uxbridge’s facilities.
Mudryk has always denied any wrongdoing, and had hired Morgan Sports Law to represent him – the same firm who represented Paul Pogba during his doping ban.
