The Nike Kobe collection, namely the 4, 5, and 6 Protro silhouettes have seen a massive resurgence through their popularity in the NBA and basketball talents like New York Knicks’ Jalen Brunson and Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark repping their own Player Exclusive lines. For fans, Nike Kobe sneakers have always been a hot commodity and Nike will release a slate of new releases to meet recent demand.

Honoring the 13 teams that passed on Kobe Bryant during the 1996 NBA Draft, sneakers like the Nike Kobe 4 will don subtle colorways matching each team. Upon first looks, we see the Milwaukee Bucks colorway for the first iteration as more releases will slowly come throughout the upcoming summer months.

With a Toronto Raptors colorway also reported appearing, we see a common theme with the all-white Nike Kobe 4 Protro silhouette with a pop of color on the Nike Swoosh’s outline. The insoles are done in the primary color of each team while and extra set of green laces is added to the Milwaukee Bucks’ pair, indicating likely color-matching for all 13 other teams.

A closer look reveals Kobe Bryant’s typical signature on the performance heel cap along with his No. 8 and No. 24 stitched into the back heels of each shoe, respectively. The inside tongue will also feature a stitched “1996 NBA Draft” patch alternate to a “13 K. Bryant” on the other tongue.

Whether or not the pack will release all together or individually is still to be determined, but fans can expect these drops throughout Summer 2026 with dates like June 26 already swirling. The pairs will retail for $190, expected to release through Nike SNKRS app and select Nike retailers in limited quantities.
