Masters to be shown by four broadcasters in chaotic TV schedule but fans can watch every second for free

U.S. fans are getting more Masters coverage than ever before, but might wear out their remotes finding it.

The biggest complaint in recent years has been a lack of early-round coverage on the first two days of the iconic tournament.

But Amazon Prime has continued to muscle in on sports streaming and makes its golf debut with the morning action on Thursday and Friday.

ESPN will take over in the afternoons on both days before CBS Sports picks up the baton on Saturday and Sunday in the championship rounds.

Paramount+ will run two hours of early weekend coverage, with CBS taking the afternoon golf.

If juggling four broadcasts sounds like too much hard work, there is of course the option to watch every shot live on the Masters website and app.

Augusta offers the best digital coverage of any golf tournament — and possibly any sporting event — for free.

Just like 2025, fans will also have access to live and recorded data on every single shot from each player’s range sessions

That will include distance, carry and speeds, as well as 3D tracing.

A full scatterplot for every player’s daily range output will also be available.

For the best of the action, the Amen Corner stream will focus on the infamous three-hole stretch beginning on the 11th that will make or break rounds.

Despite the additional two hours of TV coverage, early groups will still only be available on the Masters website.

Amazon Prime adds to growing sports portfolio

Amazon isn’t going to waste its chance to show off as the golf Major season begins in April.

A data-led show called Inside Amen Corner will run on all four days and the broadcaster is vowing to bring exclusive new camera angles to the iconic stretch.

“Working alongside Amazon in this capacity is an exciting opportunity for the Masters Tournament and its fans,” Augusta and Masters Chairman Fred Ridley said.

“We are proud of our longstanding partnerships with CBS Sports and ESPN, who have set the highest standard for broadcast coverage of the Masters.

“The addition of Amazon will only further our abilities to expand and enhance how the Tournament is presented and enjoyed.”
