Just a few weeks ago this game had relegation battle written all over it, but now it seems as though Leeds have escaped the drop thanks to Tottenham’s poor form.

They’ll have to make sure of it over the next couple of games though and retain that six point gap between themselves and Spurs.

Wolves have won twice in their last four, more than they had in their previous 28.

They could technically still stay up if they win all their remaining matches but that feat is near enough impossible given their previous form, whereas Leeds will be looking to do anything to get even just one or all three points to secure their own safety.

Back in the goals

Dominic Calvert-Lewin remains Leeds United’s top scorer this season but hasn’t actually hit the back of the net in the league since their 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest back on February 6.

Wolves were quickly dismantled by West Ham last Friday night and it seems Leeds could do the same.

Giving Calvert-Lewin ample opportunities to be in the right place at the right time in the box or even making the most of his ability to create the chance himself.

Wolves can be tough in defence but the way Leeds can press and cause issues at the back, it could be their undoing too.

Goals galore

As a result, this could be a game with plenty of goals.

Even if it doesn’t pan out the way for Leeds winning, the two sides have been conceding far too much this season and when these teams play against it each other it often ends poorly.
