Even Zendaya’s mom has weighed in on Tom Holland wedding rumors

After rumors swirled that Zendaya and Tom Holland got married, her mom, Claire Stoermer, responded to them, playing coy on the matter.

On Monday, Mar. 2, 2026, Stoermer took to her Instagram Stories (via People) to react to the rumors. She reposted the clip of Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, talking to Entertainment Tonight at the Actors Awards.

Stoermer didn’t say much in response, though she did write, “The laugh…” Additionally, she added a laughing emoji to her response, perhaps indicating that Roach’s comments were all in jest.

Wait, are Zendaya and Tom Holland married?

Zendaya and Holland haven’t weighed in on the rumors. So, until they confirm or deny that they’re married, it’s best to assume that they are not.

The Spider-Man co-stars famously keep their relationship on the down-low. They didn’t even make their relationship public until November 2021. The duo would get engaged a few years later in December 2024.

Rumors that they were married were sparked by Zendaya’s stylist. Roach was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet of the 2026 Actors Awards.

Roach claimed that Zendaya and Holland’s wedding “has already happened,” claiming that everyone has “missed it.” The interviewer then asked if this was “true,” to which Roach doubled down by saying, “It’s very true!”

Naturally, this set the internet ablaze. Fans began wondering if the two had secretly tied the knot without letting the world know. Now, it’s a mystery.

Zendaya and Holland first starred in Spider-Man: Homecoming together in 2017. They have starred in two sequels, Far from Home and No Way Home, which both grossed over $1 billion at the box office.

Coming up, they will star in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey together. They will play Telemachus and Athena. Two weeks after The Odyssey comes out, they will star in Spider-Man: Brand New Day together. Brand New Day is the fourth entry in the MCU’s Spider-Man series.
