Enzo Fernandez gets emergency Manchester City debut after last-minute injury blow
Enzo Fernandez was handed his Manchester City debut at late notice as Nico O’Reilly suffered an injury.
Fernandez, the £125million deadline day arrival from Chelsea, was initially named on the bench against Coventry City on Saturday.

O’Reilly looked set to start in midfield for the hosts but picked up an injury during the pre-match warm-up.
talkSPORT’s Micky Gray reported the England star was seen holding his back as he hobbled down the tunnel.
As a result, Enzo Maresca opted to bring Fernandez straight into the starting XI in a last-minute change.
Fellow new arrival Iliman Ndiaye also earned an immediate debut for City.
Enzo off and running for the season
Fernandez has made his second appearance in the Premier League this season, the first of which came at his former club.
