Dana White responds to Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua ‘ban’ as he lays down gauntlet to Eddie Hearn
Dana White has doubled down on his suggestion that he will promote Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua.
Fury and Joshua are set to meet in Britain’s most hotly-anticipated clash later in 2026, after the famous rivals finally signed on the dotted line.

The event is set to be broadcast around the globe live on Netflix, with Eddie Hearn representing Joshua and Frank Warren representing Fury.
With news the event will be backed by Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh, a surprise debate broke out as to who would promote the event.
Zuffa Boxing kingpin White suggested he will be the one to oversee proceedings.
But Warren and particularly Hearn suggested he was contractually excluded and banned from promoting the clash.
However White, who had already made his stance public, has insisted he will be involved.
He told reporters including talkSPORT: “Do you think that I would publicly lie and that I would look like a f***ing idiot in front of everybody?.
“Do you believe that I would? What would be the point of that? Ah I was lying everybody, gotcha! What would be the point of that?
“Call Eddie right now and ask him if he knows where the fight is.
“Call Eddie and ask him who negotiated the contract for the fight? It wasn’t him.
“Have they announced where that fight is? I know where it is. Watch what happens over the next 30 days.”

White has already promoted seismic boxing events including the clash between Terence Crawford and Canelo Alvarez last year.
But it is unlikely he will muscle his way into the long-awaited showdown without significant backlash and resistance.
The timeline before Fury vs Joshua
Although the debate over who will promote the event is simmering, it is not over the line yet.
Both Fury and Joshua will have warm-up fights to work away any rust before the big clash.
Joshua is signed to face Kristian Prenga on July 25 in Saudi Arabia.
And after that was agreed, Fury decided he wanted another tune-up clash after beating Arslanbek Makhmudov in April.
