The Cincinnati Bengals are on a roll. They erased a 13-0 deficit for the second consecutive week and earned a 43-36 triumph in overtime against the Tennessee Titans when quarterback Joe Burrow scrambled 9 yards around left end 3 minutes into the extra session for the game-winning touchdown.

Burrow had a memorable game against the Titans. He completed 38 of 48 passes for 462 yards with 5 touchdown passes. He also threw 3 interceptions, and all of them were secured by Tennessee safety Amani Hooker.

In addition to the huge numbers that Burrow put on the board, his two primary receivers also had memorable performances. Tee Higgins was targeted 11 times, and he caught 10 passes for 155 yards and 2 touchdowns. Ja'Marr Chase, one of the three most dangerous receivers in the league, caught 11 passes for 141 yards and 1 touchdown.

After the game, head coach Zac Kelly spoke to the media about his team's performance. While he admitted there were mistakes that allowed Titans to gain early control of the game and then maintain contact in the late going, he did say that there is a huge difference in the way Cincinnati is finishing games this year compared to last season.

“We didn't start the game fast enough in the first quarter and we have to address that,” Kelly said. “But the way we played in the fourth quarter and overtime, I am not going to dismiss that. You saw us the last couple of years and there's a big difference this year.”

The Bengals improve their record to 5-2, and they are one-half game behind the first-place Pittsburgh Steelers (6-2) in the AFC North.
