Speaking on “Foul Territory,” Erik Kratz would go into the teams still vying for a wild-card spot, though there are several games left for most teams. While Kratz believes Philadelphia will be in the postseason, as they hold a two-game lead with the last wild-card spot, he bluntly said that they are “not okay as a team,” saying it looks like players are “in between pitches right now.”

“I think the Phillies will get in, but are they ok as a team? No, they're not okay as a team,” Kratz said. “I didn't know they were 9-12 in September, but based on the way, you know, watching them hit, it just seems like every guy is in between pitches right now, which is a crazy thing. I think before last night's double, Schwarber was like 11 for 72 or something going into the game, like, you just don't have a lot of things clicking, like they were clicking in August.”

Thursday's 5-1 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers marked the Phillies' 12th in the last 20 games, as the team's September has been one to forget, scoring 81 runs, which is the fifth-lowest in MLB, and a .225 batting average, the fourth-lowest in the majors.
