Tommy Pham picked quite the moment to record his first hit of the 2026 season.

The Chicago White Sox veteran launched a three-run homer in the fifth inning Wednesday against the Cleveland Guardians, temporarily giving Chicago a 3-2 lead in a massive AL Central showdown.

And this wasn't exactly a cheap one. Pham crushed an 80.7 mph curveball 412 feet to left-center field with an exit velocity of 106.5 mph. Chase Meidroth and Randal Grichuk scored ahead of him as Pham completely erased an early two-run deficit with one swing.

Unfortunately for Chicago, the lead didn't last long.

Cleveland responded and eventually jumped back in front 6-3, but that doesn't take away from how incredible the moment was for Pham.
