Almost immediately after defeating the Tennessee Titans 26-3 on Sunday, Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans announced that the club had, in fact, traded for Marvin Harrison Jr. from the Arizona Cardinals. It's a move that reunites quarterback C.J. Stroud with his former Ohio State Buckeye teammate, and he might just be the happiest person in the NFL after the deal was made official.
During his postgame press conference, the 25-year-old signal-caller was elated when discussing the Texans' acquisition of Harrison, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC2. A smiling Stroud admitted he's excited for the three-year veteran to join the wide receiver group in Houston.

A change of scenery might just be what Harrison needs for his NFL career. The 24-year-old just hasn't clicked with the Cardinals since being taken in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. He joins the Texans with five receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets.
