Barcelona are keeping tabs on Harry KaneâÂÂs Bayern Munich contract talks, talkSPORT understands.
The England captainâÂÂs current deal expires in the summer of 2027, and Bayern are keen to tie him down for the long haul.
While the expectation remains that Kane opts to extend his stay in Bavaria, Barca are circling.
talkSPORT first reported Barcelona's interest in Kane in June, when the Spanish giants made initial contact with the striker's representatives over a stunning move to the Nou Camp.
The reigning LaLiga champions view Kane, 33, as an alternative option to their top target Julian Alvarez, along with Manchester CityâÂÂs Erling Haaland.
Barcelona are seeking to replace Robert Lewandowski following the Polish icon's departure at the end of his contract and subsequent move to Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire this summer.

Southampton are hoping for a decision on whether boss Tonda Eckert will be given a ban for his part in âÂÂSpygateâ during the upcoming international break.
Eckert faces FA sanctions after admitting authorising illegally observing training sessions at Middlesbrough, Ipswich and Oxford last season.
The German was charged with misconduct in July but a hearing as to what punishment he will get is still to be heard.
