The Chargers and Herbert entered the newly christened Highmark aiming to snap their slow start. Los Angeles faced ridicule and criticism amid its 0-2 start. But the Bolts once again started slow, even forcing Brady to call out the play-calling from Mike McDaniel.
Herbert had gone 20-of-34 for 226 passing yards and tossed one touchdown. But veteran CJ Gardner-Johnson grabbed the “meatball sub” from the Chargers QB.
