The Titans changed their logos and uniforms this year, and now they’re making changes in their front office — including firing the executive who oversaw the uniform changes.
Erin Swartz, whose title was senior vice president of brand marketing, is out just months after the team enthusiastically unveiled the new uniforms she was in charge of redesigning. Also out are senior vice president and chief revenue officer Adam Nuse and vice president of creative Charles Jensen.
“As the Titans prepare for the opening of our new stadium and the future of Titans football, we are making changes to how we lead the business side of the organization,” the Titans said in a statement to the Nashville Tennessean. “We will hire an Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer to lead our revenue, marketing, and communications teams. As part of these changes, Adam Nuse, Erin Swartz, and Charles Jensen are leaving the organization. We are grateful for everything they have contributed to the Titans and wish them the best in future endeavors.”
It’s unclear why the three were fired. The Titans have gone through an ugly stretch on the field, finishing 3-14 each of the last two seasons and starting 0-4 this year. But the future appears bright for the business of the franchise, which is moving into a new stadium next year and will host Super Bowl LXIV in 2030.
Three team Vice Presidents, however, will not be part of that bright future.
