The Oklahoma City Thunder have been all sorts of banged up of late, and that will continue to be the case as they take on the Cleveland Cavaliers. Aside from long-term absentees in Jalen Williams, Cason Wallace, and Chet Holmgren, Alex Caruso is once again listed as out on the official injury report due to an ankle sprain.

The Cavs aren't completely healthy either, with Peyton Watson listed as questionable with right hamstring soreness.

Here's everything we know about Caruso's and Watson's injuries and playing statuses for Thunder vs. Cavs.

Alex Caruso's and Peyton Watson's injury status for Thunder vs. Cavs

Caruso has already been ruled out and is set to miss his second game in a row after suffering an ankle sprain against the Phoenix Suns. Caruso suffered the injury in the second quarter and was subsequently ruled out for the rest of the game. He left the game with nine points, three assists, and two rebounds in nine minutes.

The Thunder have lost two games in a row to the Mavericks and Rockets amid their long list of injuries. With their shortage in the backcourt, they are playing rookies Bennett Stirtz and Josh Dix off the bench. With Caruso still out, the two will likely see some minutes once again.

As for Watson, he is questionable, so there is still a chance he plays against OKC. Watson is averaging 10.8 points and 4.0 rebounds in his first six games for the Cavs. However, he has seen his production take a sharp dip of late. Over his last two games, he has scored just nine total points, while going 3 of 14 from the field.

If Watson is unable to go, Mario Hezonja could be in line to make his first start as a Cavalier. The former No. 5 overall pick is averaging 7.5 points and 5.2 rebounds off the Cavs bench.
