Star cornerback Joey Porter Jr. has not played for the Pittsburgh Steelers this season as he navigates a lingering back injury and also waits for a new contract extension. Now, Porter has been traded to the Dallas Cowboys amid his contract holdout, per Tom Pelissero of The Ringer and Netflix.

Now the Steelers can move forward while it remains to be seen if Porter will join the Cowboys for their game on Sunday against the Houston Texans.
