The Pittsburgh Steelers received a double injury boost ahead of Sunday's Week 7 matchup against the New Orleans Saints in Paris. Running back Rico Dowdle and safety DeShon Elliott are both active and available.

The confirmation comes after Pittsburgh entered the matchup with several injury concerns.

According to Steelers reporter Ray Fittipaldo, both Dowdle and Elliot have been cleared for the international showdown at Stade de France.

Dowdle had been listed as questionable with a knee injury after participating on a limited basis throughout the week.

Eliott, meanwhile, was activated from injured reserve Saturday after recovering from a knee injury that kept him sidelined since last season.

Their availability strengthens Pittsburgh on both sides of the ball as the Steelers look to improve their 4-2 record against the 2-4 Saints.
