The Pittsburgh Steelers walked into Huntington Bank Field with Jalen Ramsey injured. Now Derrick Harmon rose as the latest injury against the Cleveland Browns.

Except Harmon needed to have the medical cart come out. The defensive lineman left during the first half of the Thursday Night Football contest.

Steelers director of communications Burt Lauten provided this update following the injury.

“Steelers defensive end Derrick Harmon sustained a foot injury and has been taken to the locker room. He is questionable to return to tonight's game,” Lauren posted on the social media website X, formerly Twitter.
