With the Pittsburgh Steelers having the momentum after their international win over the New Orleans Saints last Sunday in Paris, France, 16-10, the team now prepares for the Cleveland Browns in Week 8. As Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers look to keep the wins coming, there is bad blood with the Browns, as star Cameron Heyward addresses the beef, specifically with Jared Verse.
It started after Pittsburgh's 27-24 loss to Cleveland on Oct. 1, when Verse said after the contest that the Steelers were “talking crazy” and don't have respect for “anybody who plays too dirty,” via ESPN's Justin Cooper. Saying that the team was double-teaming and sliding, Heyward responded on “The Rich Eisen Show,” saying that Verse's words “will be addressed” on the field.
“Double teaming, sliding, chipping, are those not allowed in our game?” Heyward said. “Yeah, I got the bruises to prove it. But we don't whine about it, baby. It's part of the game. And so, I'm looking forward to this game. It's gonna be a fun game. Both teams are in position to do a lot of work in this division, as they say.”
“The AFC North is on fire, and I'm glad I'm in the kitchen because I like it that way,” Heyward continued. “But those are words that were said, and they will be addressed.”
Steelers' Cam Heyward has respect for the Browns
Browns defensive star Denzel Ward would be asked about Heyward's comments, though he was more focused on helping Cleveland to a win, via Mary Kay Cabot. At the end of the day, Heyward would share the respect he has for the AFC North rivals in the Browns.

It remains to be seen what will be addressed on Sunday afternoon, as both the Steelers and Browns have a 5-2 record, with the winner being the clear top team in the division.
