Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers are back to their winning ways following a 30-27 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on Sunday. It was also the Bengals ‘ first loss of the 2026 NFL season, but at least wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase got an incredible memento from the contest, courtesy of the four-time NFL Most Valuable Player.
“Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase got a game jersey from Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers after the game. Chase made sure to send over to Rodgers before the team left back to Cincinnati,” Ben Baby of ESPN shared via a social media post on X, formerly Twitter.
The 42-year-old Rodgers has repeatedly said that he would hang up his cleats at the end of the 2026 campaign, so there wouldn't be a whole lot more game-worn jerseys that the future Pro Football Hall of Famer would be able to give away.
Rodgers was also solid in his start versus the Bengals, throwing for 292 passing yards and three touchdowns against an interception. He was sacked twice for a loss of 19 yards, but at the end of the day, he and the Steelers came out on top of a shootout against their AFC North rivals.
The Bengals grabbed a three-point lead with 13:29 left in the fourth quarter with a Mike Gesicki touchdown, but the Steelers scored the final six points of the game, all via field goals, to secure their second win of the season.
Rodgers and the Steelers will have another game versus an AFC North rival in Week 4, as they visit the Cleveland Browns at Huntington Bank Field for a Thursday Night Football showdown.
