During his homecoming to Cleveland, former Cavaliers superstar LeBron James endured a night he would rather forget. The Philadelphia 76ers suffered a heavy 119-95 loss to Cleveland, ending James' impressive scoring streak in the city. His frustrating performance also drew criticism from popular sports analyst Skip Bayless, who took a shot at the veteran with a nickname.

Following Philadelphia's blowout loss, Bayless shared his reaction on social media, criticizing James for his shooting struggles and lack of offensive production.

“Sixers shockingly blown out in LeBron’s return to Cleveland,” Bayless wrote. “Nobody could make a shot but LeBron (8 pts/6 turnovers), again slumping from 3. Last season 31.7%, 3rd worst in the NBA. This year 22% (6-27 after 0-4 tonight). LeBricks!”

James began the night with his customary chalk toss in Cleveland, recreating a familiar pregame ritual as he returned to his home state of Ohio for the first time as a Sixers player. However, what initially appeared to be an emotional homecoming ultimately turned into a disappointing evening for Philadelphia.

James finished his first game in Cleveland wearing a Sixers uniform with eight points, eight rebounds, three assists and six turnovers while shooting 3-of-12 from the field. It marked just the 11th time in his 1,630 career regular-season games that he finished with fewer than 10 points.

James was visibly frustrated with Philadelphia's performance throughout the night, particularly the team's inability to generate consistent offense. After the game, the veteran took accountability for his own struggles.

“Every game has its own challenges,” James said. Offensively, as a group, our offense was not good at all, and I know I damn sure wasn’t good at all. I’m looking at the film and trying to get better from there.”

Cleveland successfully defended its home court against Philadelphia while securing its first NBA Cup victory. Ultimately, Cleveland's balanced scoring attack and defensive intensity proved too difficult for the visiting Philadelphia team to overcome.
