It was not the best showing for the Ottawa Senators against the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday night during the NHL's Frozen Frenzy. The Blues had been mired in offensive woes, but that was not the case in this game. St. Louis found the back of the net seven times in the 7-2 victory.

With less than two minutes left in the game, Fabian Zetterlund scored on the power play for the Senators, making it a five-goal deficit. Despite the massive blowout, the Senators' social media team took time to celebrate Zetterlund's goal and also troll themselves.

Instead of posting a video of the goal next to a small video of Zetterlund, they put a screenshot of a Chris Paul highlight. The highlight is an internet meme dating back to Game 7 of the 2022 NBA Western Conference Semifinals. Paul was playing for the Phoenix Suns at the time and visiting the Dallas Mavericks. With 7:15 left in the fourth, Paul hit a three, cutting the lead to 107-65.

It was a dreadful game for the Sens on Tuesday night. They gave up a shorthanded goal to Pius Suter in the first period, before giving up goals to Jake Neighbours and Mason McTavish in the second period. In between the Neighbours and McTavish goals, Claude Giroux scored his first goal of the season for the Sens. Suter scored his second of the game in the third, and then Neighbours, McTavish, and Adam Jiricek added three more goals in two minutes to put the Senators down by six.

While it was a rough game for the Sens, they can still celebrate the solid start to the season. The Senators are 5-2-0 on the year, tying them with the Boston Bruins for the best mark in the Atlantic Division. They return to the ice Thursday night to host the New York Islanders.
