The Seahawks designated receiver Irv Charles for return to practice on Wednesday, the team announced.
It opens Charles’ 21-day practice window.
Charles, who was acquired in an offseason trade with the Jets, was placed on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury before Week 1. He has missed four games, making him eligible to return at any point in the next three weeks.
Charles entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2022, signing with the Jets. Charles appeared in 25 games for the Jets in 2023 and 2024, establishing himself as a core special-teams player before tearing his ACL late in his second season.
He missed all of 2025.
Over two seasons, Charles recorded 14 tackles and blocked a punt on special teams.
