The Baltimore Ravens are currently gearing up for their big matchup on the road vs the Buffalo Bills this weekend. The Ravens are desperately hoping to get Lamar Jackson back from injury after the star has missed the last three games due to an ankle issue.

Now, the team has gotten the latest practice update regarding the former league MVP ahead of the matchup.

“Lamar Jackson just jogged onto the field for the start of Wednesday’s practice,” reported Jamison Hensley of ESPN on X, formerly Twitter.

Hensley later reported that “Lamar Jackson is warming up with starting center Cam Jurgens at Wednesday’s practice.”

It's certainly a good sight to see for Ravens fans, who watched their team go from up 13-0 to down 35-13 on Sunday in a home loss to the divisional rival Cincinnati Bengals, dropping their record on the 2026 season to 4-3 in the process.

It was the second straight ugly offensive performance the team had put up with Tyler Huntley under center, having lost to the Cleveland Browns the prior week after defeating the Atlanta Falcons in Jackson's first game out of the lineup.

Jackson suffered the ankle injury in a home win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, and although it wasn't initially thought to be anything serious, the injury has certainly cost the Ravens some opportunities to win games over the last couple of weeks.

In any case, the fact that he is now back is certainly a good sign for his status ahead of this weekend's big game against the Bills. Kickoff for that matchup is set for 1:00 pm ET in Buffalo.
