The Las Vegas Raiders finally received the Brock Bowers update they've been waiting for. Bowers returned to practice Friday after missing the previous two sessions while recovering from a knee injury, providing some optimism that the star tight end could make his season debut Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers.
