The Las Vegas Raiders suffered a loss in Week 5 to the New England Patriots, but the players can't say that didn't do everythingto put their bodies on the line. That goes for Ashton Jeanty, who came into the game with multiple injuries but still decided to play. After the game, Jeanty shared that he was going to go out on the field and do what he needed to in order to help his team.

“Unless I can't run, jump, I'm playing. Football is a tough game. You're never gonna play feeling 100 percent. So at the end of the day, I just want to go out there and do my best for my teammates and whatever it takes,” Jeanty said via Sam Warren of The Athletic.

Head coach Klint Kubiak also confirmed that Jeanty was hurt.

“Yes. Ashton is beat up. And it's a testament to how tough he is that he's out there playing today for his teammates,” Kubiak said.

Jeanty isn't the first player in the league to play a game while dealing with an injury. Honestly, at this point of the season, it wouldn't be a surprise if many players were dealing with something and still playing. The only hope is that Jeanty isn't making things worse while playing, because then the Raiders might have a problem.

For now, the Raiders have sure they're cautious with Jeanty, and they have Mike Washington Jr. as a backup, who has played well throughout the season.

The Raiders have lost their second game in a row, and it's time for them to get back on track next week when they face the Buffalo Bills. They'll need all the help they can get on offense to keep up with them, and the hope is that Jeanty is ready to go.
