Green Bay Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden accused Chicago Bears kicker Cairo Santos of trying to trip him along the sideline during Sunday's 31-7 victory at Lambeau Field. The incident added another talking point to a heated NFC North rivalry matchup, which saw the Packers dominate the Bears.

Golden accused Santos of attempting to interfere with him after the play. However, the receiver appeared unwilling to escalate the confrontation despite his accusation.

“It's all good. I ain't got nothing to say to him,” Golden said in comments shared by reporter Matt Schneidman on X. His response suggested he was ready to move on from the encounter.

A video circulating on social media appeared to show Santos extending his leg toward Golden near the sideline. The footage prompted accusations of a dirty play, although the clip alone does not establish whether the movement was intentional.

The moment occurred during a game in which Green Bay controlled much of the action. Golden contributed to the Packers' offensive success, finishing with 123 receiving yards as quarterback Jordan Love threw for 367 yards and two touchdowns.

Golden's performance also reflected the progress he has made in his second NFL season. The young receiver entered the year looking to build on his rookie campaign, having previously expressed confidence about his second season.

Green Bay improved to 3-2 with the victory, while Chicago also moved to 3-2. The Packers' offense delivered several explosive plays, but the sideline incident attracted attention beyond the final score.

For Golden, the alleged trip did not overshadow the win. His brief response made clear that he had little interest in continuing the dispute publicly.
