Tyrese Haliburton had a hilarious interaction with Anthony Edwards during the Indiana Pacers' preseason opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday evening.

Haliburton played his first game since successfully rehabbing his Achilles. He tore it during Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals, which sidelined him for the entire 2025-26 campaign. Indiana greatly benefits from him returning to the court, falling to the bottom of the standings without his presence.

Haliburton had instances throughout his 16 minutes of action where Edwards defended him. Making an appearance on the Pat McAfee show on Thursday, he revealed what Edwards said to him while guarding him.

“Ant was guarding me full court and he was like, ‘You feel good? You feel good?'” Haliburton said.

Anthony Edwards was asking Tyrese Haliburton if he was okay while picking him up full court 😂
