The New York Jets dropped yet another game on Sunday. This loss was to the Las Vegas Raiders. Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is trying to remain as positive as he can, even though Jets fans are quickly jumping ship this season.
“Aaron Glenn said he’s going to work his “a** off” to figure out how to fix the Jets defense and special teams,” SNY reporter Connor Hughes posted to X, formerly Twitter. “He was happy with the offense.”
New York fans are likely not going to buy that statement. The Jets are now 2-6 on the season, after dropping the Raiders game. New York lost to Las Vegas, 38-33, after the team blew a halftime lead.
“The Jets lost a game they absolutely, positively had to win Sunday. But you’ve probably heard that refrain before,” the New York Post reported following the game.
Time appears to be running out for Glenn. The Jets head coach is in his second season, and has won just five total games in his tenure. He also has yet to defeat an AFC East opponent.
Things look sour in New York right now. New York hasn't had a winning season in more than a decade. The Jets also haven't reached the NFL Playoffs since 2010.

The Jets next play the Kansas City Chiefs on November 8.
