The Cleveland Browns made several roster moves Saturday ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, activating running back Dylan Sampson from injured reserve while placing offensive guard Teven Jenkins on injured reserve.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Saturday via X, formerly known as Twitter, that Cleveland also elevated defensive tackle Sam Kamara from its practice squad. Additionally, safety Grant Delpit cleared concussion protocol and is expected to return Sunday.
