Andrew Balding is having a great summer campaign, this three-year-old has been very consistent in the placings, with a couple of wins already across a busy few months.

He stepped up to these middle distances in April and has looked all the better for it, placing in the top three in six of his last seven runs and looks to have found a weaker Class 4 handicap.

Paddy De Pole

Most seem to be siding with the favourite Fairlawn Skipper here, as the promising six-year-old is making solid progress.

My main concern is the along with the 7lb penalty today he also races just seven days after his latest run, though he will have come out from that race well this 3m3f course will be tough to win back-to-back races on.
