Maryland is offering the chance at free tuition for any student that stays until the fourth quarter of Saturday's game against Illinois, the university said in an email to students.
The school will cover the in-state tuition rate for the 2027 spring semester ($5,507.50) for the student that wins the raffle.
Maryland will display a QR code on its video board for eligible students to enter.
The promotion comes amid a five-game losing streak, which culminated with coach Mike Locksley's firing last week. The Terrapins have lost 12 straight Big Ten games, including a 37-30 loss to Rutgers on Oct. 17, Lockley's final game.
The Terrapins (2-5) are coming off a bye.
