It’s not clear where receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. will be playing as of next week. It’s becoming more and more clear he won’t be playing for the Cardinals.
Via Josh Weinfuss of ESPN, Harrison was not present for team meetings on Saturday night.
Harrison reportedly has been told he won’t be active for Sunday’s game against the Lions, as a trade is finalized.
Some in league circles believe he’ll be traded to the Texans. Some think the Raiders could be lurking. Sunday’s games could shake things up, based on injuries that could happen in the various games.
Regardless, it’s hard to imagine Harrison staying with the Cardinals given these developments. At this point, it’s just a matter of the Cardinals getting the best return they can for the fourth overall pick in the 2024 draft.
