Head coach Dan Campbell informed media members on Monday that cornerback Avonte Maddox will undergo season-ending surgery on his left foot, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The injury took place during Thursday's game against the Bills.

“Lions HC Dan Campbell said CB Avonte Maddox will require season-ending surgery to the foot injury he sustained Thursday night at Buffalo,” Schefter reported.
