The Baltimore Ravens might be in quarterback trouble once again, as Lamar Jackson may be out for an extended period of time with a hand injury. That means that Tyler Huntley should be next in line to be the starter again, and that could once again affect the offense. Not only will it affect the offense, but it could also determine the success of the team moving forward.

The more concerning news is that Huntley also suffered an injury against the Bills, and he might miss some time with turf toe. If that's the case, Joe Fagnano may be starting for the Ravens for the foreseeable future.

The first player that this could have an impact on is Zay Flowers, who has seemed to have success regardless of who has been at quarterback this season. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to catch any passes against the Buffalo Bills after having Huntley and Fagnano throwing him passes.

With Huntley as the quarterback, Flowers has gotten most of the targets on the offense and has reached around 6-8 receptions per game. If fantasy owners have Flowers, Huntley has shown that he's going to get him involved in the offense.

Another player the quarterback situation could affect is Derrick Henry, who hasn't found much success on the ground over the last few weeks. That could be because Jackson is not on the field, and teams don't have to game plan for two runners in the backfield. That leads to defenses stacking the box against the Ravens, and Henry not getting many opportunities.

Henry is still liable to have a big game at any moment, so if owners do have them on their team, he is still a must-start. There will be times when they're at the goal line, and everybody knows who the ball is going to. More often than not, Henry is going to score.
