After a hot start, the Las Vegas Raiders have now lost four straight games. The Raiders fell to the Los Angeles Rams, 35-21, at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, dropping to 3-4, including 1-3 at home.
Las Vegas tried to rally in the fourth quarter, but the Rams proved to be too much, with Matthew Stafford carving up the defense. The Raiders have given up an average of 35.7 points in their losing streak.
Los Angeles carried a 22-point lead at halftime, 28-6. Still, coach Klint Kubiak said he did not consider replacing Kirk Cousins with Fernando Mendoza in the second half, stating that they made it a “very competitive game” in the third quarter.
Kubiak, however, admitted that they have a lot of soul-searching to do.
“I think we have to go watch the film, and I think at this point, we're thinking about everything. How to fix our problems. How to fix our issues in the red zone. Third quarter, personnel, scheme. We have to talk about everything,” said Kubiak in the video posted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Sam Gordon.

“No one's coming to help us. We've got to figure it out ourselves as a coaching staff, with the players, and we have to complement each other as well because we've got to start the game a lot faster offensively,” said Kubiak in a report from the Associated Press' Mark Anderson.
The Raiders will visit the New York Jets in Week 8.
