Karl-Anthony Towns' wife, Jordyn Woods, is not holding back about how she feels about people who doubted the New York Knicks following their historic NBA title win.
“It just proves that you’re in the right place and doing the right thing,” Jordyn, who married the Knicks star over the summer, told The Athletic. “It silences a lot of those haters that we were talking about. A lot of these people who didn’t believe now can’t say anything.”
“Now the Jimmy narrative’s very different,” Jordyn added of the Golden State Warriors' Jimmy Butler. “But it only took, what, almost a decade?”
Butler famously hurled insults at KAT during their time as teammates on the Timberwolves, calling the Knicks star “soft” and a “loser.”
“I think people were projecting their internal insecurities,” Jordyn said. “When you’re a nice person and people feel like you’re not going to say anything back, they feel entitled to say something about you.”
Jordyn wasn't the only to take aim at Butler's previous insults with KAT's father, telling the outlet that his son “bypassed him,”
