It has been a few months since Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld's baby girl was born, and the Buffalo Bills quarterback is loving life as a parent.

During an interview with ESPN, the former NFL MVP acknowledged that “life changes” when you have a kid, but he's called it the “most unbelievable blessing” that he could've imagined.

“You have a kid and life changes, and it's been the most unbelievable blessing that I could've imagined for me and my wife,” he raved. “Our daughter is friggin' awesome. She's just over five months [old] now, and she's already moving.

“It is the coolest thing, and we kind of pinch ourselves each and every night, like, that's ours,” he added.

They have been together since May 2023. Allen then proposed to Steinfeld in November 2024, and they got married in May 2025 in California.

Steinfeld is coming off a starring role in Ryan Coogler's Sinners, which received 16 Oscar nominations. Coming up, she will voice characters in animated movies Hexed and Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.

Allen, meanwhile, just started his ninth season in the NFL. He was selected with the seventh pick in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Wyoming by the Bills. While the Bills haven't made it to a Super Bowl with Allen, he has led them to two AFC Championship Games, losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in both.
