The Buffalo Bills are playing at the height of their powers headed into Week 6. Buffalo just defeated Los Angeles on Monday Night Football in what could have been a Super Bowl preview. The Bills have been enjoying some great success despite not getting one offensive weapon involved in recent games.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen is taking full responsibility for not getting Dalton Kincaid involved on offense in recent weeks.
“I think a lot of it can be with me too, just taking the underneath stuff early and getting him involved early and getting him a touch or two here or there,” Allen told reporters on Wednesday, per Alex Brasky. “I haven't done a good job of that over the last couple of weeks. So again, he's a heck of a player and teams are understanding that too and they're making an emphasis to put more guys in his region. But yeah, we have to do a better job of getting him the ball, and that starts with me.”
The 26-year-old tight end started the season off with a hot streak. He logged five receptions for 130 receiving yards in Buffalo's season opener against Houston. Then he had seven receptions for 95 receiving yards and a touchdown against the Lions in Week 2.
Since then, Kincaid's place in the offense has taken a back seat. In fact, he only has four receptions for 52 receiving yards over the past three games combined.
Buffalo has quite a few ways to attack opposing defenses, so it isn't a huge concern that Kincaid has been quiet. But the Bills should still want to get him more involved to keep their opponents honest.

Next up for the Bills is a Week 6 contest against the Raiders.
