The New York Jets suffered a rough loss in Week 7 against the Miami Dolphins, giving them their first win of the season. It was a performance they definitely want to put in the past, but there are some things that they need to address as the season continues. One of those things is getting Garrett Wilson involved, as he only had two receptions for 26 yards.

Late in the game, Wilson was seen getting pretty animated on the sidelines with Geno Smith, and he was asked about the incident afterwards. The wide receiver claims that he and Smith were collaborating.

“I want it in my hands to try to make an impact. That’s all we were talking about, how we can make that happen,” Garrett said via Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic.
