The Jacksonville Jaguars got their flowers from national media after a dominant 34-10 Week 1 win over the Cleveland Browns at EverBank Stadium that included a stellar Trevor Lawrence performance.

Lawrence completed 18-of-23 passes for 245 yards and four touchdowns and spread the ball around to several playmakers on a day when receiver Brian Thomas Jr. got banged up.

Following the game, Lawrence couldn't help but get excited as he shared a comment on the post-win festivities.

“Victory Mondays are back,” Lawrence wrote while sharing a close-up zoom photo of himself getting ready to throw a pass and another enjoying the game near his teammates.

Coach Todd Monken's Browns offered little resistance as the Liam Coen-coached Jaguars jumped out to a 14-0 first quarter lead that ballooned to 24-0 at halftime.

Lawrence found success throwing to nine different receivers, chief among them Parker Washington, whose contract situation got an update before the game. Washington finished with five receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown, making the most of six targets.

Week 2 will heat things up with the Denver Broncos set to host Lawrence and the Jaguars at Empower Field at Mile High, a game between two high-scoring offenses that went in different directions during Week 1. The Broncos lost 31-10 to the Chiefs on Monday Night Football, giving quarterback Bo Nix and coach Sean Payton plenty of motivation for their upcoming home game.

If Coen's Jaguars play as well as they did against the Browns, Lawrence will see plenty more Victory Mondays this year with his team. The Broncos won't be an easy out, but the Jaguars will be ready to play their best if Week 1 is any indication.
